DMCA & Copyright Policy
sporttzx.net respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our visitors to do the same. This page explains how copyright holders can request the removal of allegedly infringing material from our site.
What we host (and what we do not)
To be clear: we do not host any video streams, live channels, or copyrighted broadcasts. sporttzx.net is a text-based guide site that publishes articles and links to the SportzX APK installer file. The streams played inside the SportzX app come from third-party sources that we do not control, and we cannot remove content from those sources.
If your complaint concerns a stream inside the app rather than something on our pages, removing material from sporttzx.net will not affect it. That said, if you believe text, images, or files on this site infringe your copyright, we will act on a valid notice as described below.
How to file a takedown notice
Send your notice by email to contact@sporttzx.net with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request". To be valid under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act, your notice must include all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if several works are involved).
- The exact URL(s) on sporttzx.net where the allegedly infringing material appears.
- Your contact information - full name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Important: filing a false or misleading DMCA notice can expose you to legal liability, including damages and costs. If you are unsure whether the material infringes your rights, consult a lawyer before sending a notice.
What happens after we receive your notice
We review every notice that contains the required elements - typically within 24-48 hours. If the notice is valid, we will remove or disable access to the identified material and, where appropriate, notify the party responsible. Incomplete notices may be returned with a request for the missing information, which can delay action.
Counter-notices
If you believe material you posted or that is linked from our site was removed by mistake or because of misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to contact@sporttzx.net including: identification of the removed material and its former URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, your name, address, phone number, and email, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts along with your signature. We will forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant.
Repeat infringers
We reserve the right to remove content and restrict access for anyone who repeatedly posts or links to infringing material on sporttzx.net.
