Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 1, 2026.
sporttzx.net is a static download-guide website. We do not operate user accounts, run a newsletter, or ask you to sign up for anything. This policy explains the small amount of information that is still generated when you visit, and how we handle it.
1. Information we do not collect
We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details. There is no registration, login, or checkout on this site. The only time we receive personal information from you is when you email us voluntarily at contact@sporttzx.net - in which case we use your message only to reply.
2. Information collected automatically
Like nearly every website, our hosting server keeps standard access logs. These may record:
- your IP address (usually truncated or aggregated by our host);
- the date and time of your visit and the pages you requested;
- your browser type and approximate device type;
- the referring page, if you arrived from another site.
We use these logs only to keep the site running, detect abuse, and understand which guides are popular. We do not sell log data, combine it with advertising profiles, or use it to identify you personally. Logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period and then deleted automatically.
3. Cookies
sporttzx.net does not set advertising or tracking cookies. We use no analytics cookies, no social-media widgets, and no third-party marketing scripts. Any technically necessary data your browser stores (such as cached pages) is controlled by your browser settings, not by us.
4. APK downloads
When you download the SportzX APK from our download page, the file is served from our own server, just like any other file on this site. The download generates the same kind of server log entry described in section 2 - nothing more. Installing and running the SportzX app itself is governed by the app's own behavior and permissions, which we do not control; review the permissions on your device before installing.
5. Third-party links
Our articles link to external sites (for example, emulator downloads or source references). Once you leave sporttzx.net, this policy no longer applies. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.
6. Children's privacy
sporttzx.net is a general-audience site and is not directed at children under 13. We knowingly collect no personal information from children. If you believe a child has emailed us personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
7. Data security
Because we collect almost nothing, there is little to protect - and that is by design. Our site is served over HTTPS, and server logs are accessible only to us and our hosting provider. If we ever change our practices (for example, by adding a comment system or newsletter), we will update this policy first.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Since we hold no accounts or user profiles, the only personal data we might have is an email you sent us. Write to contact@sporttzx.net and we will respond within 30 days.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the current version. Material changes will be noted there as well.
